2. Introduction

This manual provides information about the pnCCD X-ray detector and its setup. The pnCCD detector discussed in this manual is the one installed and commissioned in August 2020. The serial numbers of this detector are: 205 (top sensor) and 206 (bottom sensor). The hardware setup is described followed by instructions on how to operate the system with Karabo. Additional information on how to manage shifts and how to troubleshoot is also provided.
