Fast Solid Sample Scanner

The FSSS allow the scanning of standardized sample card at 10 Hz in the
horizontal direction. Drawings for the standardized sample cards can be found
at `sample cards`_.

A list of sample cards, their current owner and use is recorded in the group
desycloud shared folder under "Samples/FSSS cards/"
