``XOX``: The X-Ray-Optical Cross-Correlator =========================================== The XOX does not actually exist yet. It is currently used as a simple imager. Interlocks ~~~~~~~~~~ The XOX is different from most chambers in that its turbo pump is directly connected to the vacuum, without a valve in between, or even before. We want to isolate the XOX if the turbo pump makes problems, or the pressure goes high. We close both the upstream valve GV5 and the downstream valve GV3. The systematic name for the downstream valve should be GV6, but this is in the KB loop so we cannot easily switch it from here.
