Control Network

To work on the control network devices need to be registerd and assigned a unique port number to which they have to be plugged.

To assign a port to a particular device, it needs to have a qr-code and it-support should be contacted.

To determin which device should be connected to which port, one has to look for its qr-code in the table SCS_SQS_rack_port_connections.xlsx. Please note that every port exists twice, once in the hutch and once in the instrument rack room.
