Venting and pumping the FastCCD

Venting:

		Since TIM and FastCCD share the same roughing, first close the TIM manual roughing valve before venting
		Close the FastCCD manual roughing valve on the back of the FastCCD.
		Switch off the TP1 and TP2 in the rack room, rack number +E21.UH2.06
		Open the N2 dewar
		Make sure the overpressure valve makes sound by adjusting the flow
		Watch the pressure in the FCCD2M_PUMPDOWN scene in loop7 and listen to TP1 and TP2 while slowly opening the venting valve
		When the pressure is in the few mbar, the venting valve can be openend fully

Pumping down:

		Since TIM and FastCCD share the same roughing, first close the TIM manual roughing valve before pumping down
		Open slowly the FastCCD manual valve on the roughing line
		Once the pressure is less than 2 mbar, start up TP1 and TP2 in the rack room, rack number +E21.UH2.06
		Once the pressure is good enough <0.1mbar in the roughing line, open the TIM manual valve again
